Tips for a Successful Program

 

WAIVERS

 

1. Make sure all waivers are completed prior to arrival. Adventure Links needs an adult or minor waiver for everyone on site the day of your program. Please make sure Chaperones and Teachers fill out adult forms for themselves, and minor forms for their children, one waiver per person.

2. If your group has over 15 participants, split the waivers into their appropriate groups. If you are unsure of how many groups your program will be split into please e-mail groups@adventurelinks.net.

 

PRE PROGRAM

 

3. Submit your pre program form, if you have not done so you can fill it out online PRE PROGRAM FORM.

4. Make sure your balance payment has been paid.

5. Arrive at your scheduled start time; it is unnecessary to arrive earlier or later.

6. Consolidate vehicles, it's better for the environment and our parking lot.

 

TEACHERS/CHAPERONES

 

7. We encourage the teachers and chaperones for our groups to act as cheerleaders not coaches during the team development course. It is important for students to feel encouraged but be allowed to go through the process of our course on their own, and make their own choices.

8. Please limit teachers and chaperones to 1-2 per group of 15 participants.

 

WHAT TO BRING

 

9. Make sure every participants brings a lunch.

10. Bring a change of clothes and shoes.

11. Leave valuables at home.

12. A Good Attitude!
