The lodge at Hemlock Overlook is a unique, rustic venue perfect for a meeting, reception, or dinner. This venue features a large fireplace that extends into the vaulted ceilings and serves as the focal point of the room.

Hemlock Overlook features three outdoor pavilions that serve as the perfect location for a debrief after an exciting day of team building or for an afternoon lunch or company BBQ. These pavilions are scattered throughout our 425-acre site.

• Cardinal Pavilion, Swallowtail Pavilion, and Dogwood Pavilion
• Size: Each is 46' x 31'
• Capacity: 100-150 each
  • Capacity can go above 150 by spilling out of the pavilion and into the area immediately surrounding it

  • Dogwood Pavilion does not have electrical service, but we can provide a generator if requested
• Each pavilion includes picnic tables, but these may be removed if you would like different seating
• Cardinal & Swallowtail Pavilions are closest to the front of our property
• Dogwood Pavilion is adjacent to our largest open space and largest fire pit for a campfire

While the majority of our beautiful 425-acre site is covered in lush, mature trees, we have three large open spaces available for events. These open spaces work well for outdoor yard games, banquets, weddings, and virtually any other event requiring an large open space. All of the spaces feature beautifully manicured lawns by our on-site facilities team.

Old Field

• Located directly behind The Lodge
• Easily accessible from our parking lot
• Equally as large as Back Field

Back Field

• Dogwood Pavilion is included with this space
• Closest to our largest fire pit for campfires
• Adjacent to our Adventure Team Challenge High Ropes Course
• Equally as large as Old Field

When not hosting groups and events, Adventure Links is one of the most well-known summer camps in Northern Virginia. As part of this, we have several other unique spaces for events.

Fire Pits

• We have three fire pits on our property
• The largest is directly adjacent to Back Field and Dogwood Pavilion
• Groups may add an evening roasting marshmallows and making s'mores around one of our fire pits to any of our programs for just $15 per person

Amphitheater

• We have a small amphitheater towards this front of our property
• This space is perfect for youth music groups looking to add a performance to their trip
• The amphitheater is located adjacent to Cardinal Pavilion and one of our firepits

Winery

• Located directly across the street from Adventure Links
• We can provide groups booking any programs with a private wine tasting at the vineyard
• For large groups, we are able to combine venues and provide an event across both properties
