Safety

SAFETY is of paramount importance to Adventure Links. By setting and maintaining strict protocols, we have had thirteen years of excellent safety records. This is achieved through a two to three week annual pre-summer STAFF TRAINING, maintaining a 1:5-1:7 staff to camper ratio, and requiring specific certifications, background and driving record checks for all staff. We also start ahead of the industry by hiring mainly staff in or graduated from Outdoor/Adventure Education Majors in the best Colleges and Universities across the country. These staff aren't applying for just a summer job; it's a career choice of enriching youth through experiential education by using and appreciating our natural resources.
