Summer Day Camp

Adventure Summer Camps & Team Building for Kids

A week at Adventure Links Summer Day Camp is designed to introduce your child to a variety of adventures and opportunities for growth. Our programming is a fantastic chance for your child to get outside, make new friends, and try something new and exciting! Our itineraries are filled with outdoor education, enrichment and excitement, with programs ranging from Rock Climbing and Canoeing to Caving, Kayaking, and our Team Development Course for all ages and experience levels. The adventure comes to you as Adventure Links has coordinated many Northern Virginia pick-up locations for your convenience. Experience something more during summer camp with the highest qualified, educated and trained adventure camp instructors providing a safe, fun and unique experience for your child.

Pick Up/Drop Off Information:
Camp sessions are Monday – Friday. Your camper/s are picked up at 8:00 am at your certain pick up location that they are registered for and dropped back off there at 5:00pm. The campers are transported in a bus driven by our staff with a Commercial Driver’s License. Three of the activities (team development course, kayaking or canoeing, and survival skills) are spent at the beautiful Hemlock Overlook Regional Park. The other two days (caving and rock climbing) are spent off site at specific locations. For the Summit Adventure Day camp the campers will spend three days off site (sailing, rock climbing and caving) and two days at Hemlock Overlook (team development course and survival skills).

***You will receive an itinerary on Monday morning of day camp at the bus. This will explain what the activity is for each day and what to pack. Mondays of all camps we will begin with our Team Development Course. Please have you child/children bring their packed lunch and large water bottle and wear comfortable summer clothing (shorts, t-shirt) and closed toed shoes (sneakers).
