Adventure Summer Camps & Team Building for Kids

A week at Adventure Links Summer Day Camp is designed to introduce your child to a variety of adventures and opportunities for growth. Our programming is a fantastic chance for your child to get outside, make new friends, and try something new and exciting! Our itineraries are filled with outdoor education, enrichment andexcitement, with programs ranging from Rock Climbing and Canoeing to Caving, Kayaking, and our Team Development Course for all ages and experience levels. The adventure comes to you as Adventure Links has coordinated many Northern Virginia pick-up locations for your convenience. Summit Adventure Day Camp

Pick Up/Drop Off Information:
Camp sessions are Monday – Friday. Your camper/s are picked up at 8:00 am at the designated pick up location and dropped off at that location at 5:00pm. The campers are transported in a mini- bus driven by our staff. Three of the activities (team development course, kayaking or canoeing, and survival skills) are spent at the beautiful Hemlock Overlook Regional Park. The other two days (caving and rock climbing) are spent off site at specific locations. For the Summit Adventure Day camp the campers will spend three days off site (sailing, rock climbing and caving) and two days at Hemlock Overlook (team development course and survival skills).

***You will receive a finalized itinerary on the first day of camp that indicates which activity will happen on each day of the week. Instructors will be available to answer any questions you may have about how to prepare for each day. Camps will begin each week with a day on the Team Development Course, to prepare for this day simply make sure your child arrives at camp with a packed lunch, comfortable active clothing, sunscreen, bug spray, and sturdy closed-toed sneakers or hiking boots (no sandals or flip-flops please!)
