Parent Child Weekend

Experience Camp with your Child

ACTIVITIES:
AGES:	8 -14
COST:	$300 for one parent w/one child
	$100 for each additional family member
DATES:	August 21 - 22
	September 11 - 12

Imagine a weekend where you and your child have an opportunity to tackle a challenge course, experience new adventures, enjoy the serenity of the great outdoors, and most importantly grow closer together. This summer and fall we will be offering an opportunity for you to join your child for two days of explorations. After meeting at our facility on Saturday in Clifton, VA we’ll spend the day paddling canoes & kayaks together. The bonding will continue into the evening, consisting of a High Challenge Course Zip Line, delicious Adventure Links dinner, campfire stories and s’mores. After a peaceful night’s sleep in platform tents, your journey continues the following day with Rock Climbing at Great Falls, VA. There you will have the opportunity to challenge yourself and encourage each other as you stretch beyond your “comfort zone” in a safe, supportive (yet adventurous!) venue. All the equipment, four meals (Saturday lunch through Sunday lunch), accommodations and professional instruction are included so just pack your sleeping bags and join us!

WHO SHOULD ATTEND?
The program is primarily designed as a family adventure for the participants of our current year summer camp programming. Since each child has completed the activities before, confidence and leadership emerge as they introduce you to their camp experiences.
