Optional overnights are a great first experience for campers who are excited to camp outdoors. Our one night overnight supplements our Ultimate Adventure and Primitive Teachings Day Camps so that campers can sit around the fire and sleep under the stars without being away from home for too long.

Optional overnights are full of fun camp activities. After a day of adventure, campers are brought to the Adventure Links base camp in Paris, VA. After finding a place to sleep in our platform tents outfitted with bunk beds, dinner is prepared while campers enjoy the exhilarating Zip Line or Giant Swing, two elements of our high ropes challenge course. Dinner is served in our Big Tent and has gotten rave reviews from past diners. Enjoy pasta, garlic bread and vegetables, followed by a delicious dessert of what else – s’mores! Campers retire to their tents after the fire, chaperoned by Adventure Links staff, and wake in the morning to set out for another adventurous day!

Optional overnights can also be purchased at the bus during pick up and drop off during camp up to the morning before the overnight.
