Camping and Caving with a Chance of Snow

ACTIVITIES:

Spend the weekend enjoying the perks of winter during our Winter Campouts.  Explore a one of a kind subterranean ecosystem during the day while learning basic caving skills at the same time.  Then return to camp nestled in the heart of the Blue Ridge Mountains where you and your Troop have access to our dining tent for a pleasant sit-down style family dinner.  Your unique sleeping accommodations will include an authentic Native American tipi fully winterized with a pea gravel floor, mattresses for up to 15 people, and a fire pit in the middle to keep your entire Troop cozy during the cold winter night.  Imagine waking up to the warm sunlight beating down on your tipi as you wake up to cook a hot breakfast in this one of a kind winter wonderland experience.
