A Beginner Rock Climbing Adventure for Scouts

ACTIVITIES:

Climb to new heights with Adventure Links! During our Introduction to Rock Climbing Programs, scouts will learn the basics of rock climbing including technique and safety in a fun, educational and safe environment..  Participants will learn the mechanics behind rock climbing, learning basic commands and safety systems, as well as manuevers and climbing styles and types.

All gear is provided for our Introduction to Rock Climbing Programs, so just bring an enthusiastic troop eager to learn and we'll be ready to climb! At the end of the day, each participant will walk away with an understanding of proper safety etiquette in and around the rock climbing site. 

Our Introduction to Rock Climbing Programs run at various climbing sites in Maryland, Pennsylvania, Virginia and West Virginia.
