Preprogram Needs Assessment

In order to ensure that Adventure Links develops the ideal program for your group, we begin the design process with a Preprogram Needs Assessment. During this period, we meet and discuss factors of the program with you, incorporating your original ideas into the final outcome.

The Preprogram Needs Assessment is conducted in a few steps:

• Program designers discuss the goals, questions, and key issues the event planner would like to address in the program over a conference call.

• Different perspective and relevant issues are identified by investigating the dynamics of the participatory group.

• Additionally, a preprogram questionnaire developed by Adventure Links will be completed by all participants prior to the program, extracting key insights into the group.
