Youth Trust Building Activities

This program design incorporates activities that guide team members to a zone of trust . Trust can assume a variety of forms: physical, emotional, situational, personal, etc… Placing these forms of trust into specific activity designs, Adventure Links facilitates activities to either reinforce an existing positive perception of trust or shift a negative perception of team culture. Our activities are relationship building and a program is filled with numerous defining moments.

We understand that trust may hold as many definitions as there are individuals on a team. However, this set of individuals must learn to establish common vision and strategies within this framework. We have found that the experiential learning process accelerates group change and heightens the levels of commitment. Trust naturally results from each member’s hands-on and active engagement into the program.
