Youth Adventure Program and Summer Adventure Programs

GROUP SIZE: 8+
LENGTH: 1 day (4-6 hours) or **2 day program
AGE: 8+

Team building isn't all fun and games, except with Adventure Links' Shoots and Ladders scenario! Guided by giant dice and game board, participants will move through a series of team building challenges focused on group cohesion and communicaton. Initiatives are chosen based on the individual group's needs and intended goals, as the scenario is adaptable to every program.

Games and discussion break up the day. Yee-haw and Stupid Ninja, group favorites, allow participants to exert energy, be silly and yell loudly while focused discussions highlight lessons from each team building initiative.

After a day of laughter and lessons outside, participants take away higher self-esteem, improved leadership skills and stronger communication.
