Team Building for Kids and Youth Team Building

AGE: 9+

So many options, so little time! The Multi Challenge is a fantastic opportunity for teams to guide their team program. Teams are faced with a series of decisions they must agree upon to proceed.

The program begins with establishing a “Team Charter” and assigning certain key roles to team members. From this foundation, the teams are faced with a choice on how to most effectively and efficiently proceed. Certain activities offer the reward of a puzzle piece at their completion.

As a finale to the program, groups come together to reflect on their day and put together a large team puzzle. Organizations have taken these puzzles back to their classrooms or other public sites as a reminder of the lessons learned, the laughter, and the team achievements from their day at Adventure Links.
