Youth Leadership Program and Teen Leadership Development

There are as many definitions of a “leader” as there are individuals in the world. Understanding this, Adventure Links has designed a program that helps your team refine and more clearly understand a definition specific to your organization.

Activities and their sequencing challenge individuals to innovate, reflect and dialogue not only about the role of leadership but of the team culture a leader creates.

This program has been an asset to youth leadership teams or groups that are struggling to establish or define a leadership model. Adventure Links incorporates the mission and objectives of your organization into the program design.

Group Size: Minimum: 20 Maximum: unlimited

Length: 4-6 hours, or Multi-Day

Minimum Age: 13, or 7th grade
