Post Program Follow-Up Assessment

The lessons learned during team-building sessions are invaluable additions to your group’s environment. Leaders emerge within the ropes course initiatives, communication is strengthened throughout the entire program, and friendships grow. All these positive changes can be transferred back to your school, church, or organization. We have developed several options to assist you in getting the most from your experience with us:

• After a series of team-building obstacles, debriefs are conducted to hear feedback, share feelings, and highlight encouraging aspects of the day.
• A meeting with the event planner will be held to address how well the program met the original outline of goals set out in the Preprogram Assessment.
• Develop an Action Plan to help integrate lessons into everyday interaction with your group.
