Pre-Program Assessment

We have found that this is the critical step in designing the most effective, targeted and profound program for your team.  We have several pre-program assessment options:

• Pre-program conference call with event planner and event designer addressing goals, current culture and key questions or issues to pose
• Pre-program meetings with several layers within the organization to obtain a cross-section of needs, perspectives and key issues. 
• Pre-program questionnaire (confidential) for all participants to complete prior to program.  The program design team will extract key issues, prevalent themes and opportunities from the questionnaire and directly incorporate them into the program.
