Post Program Follow-up Assessments

Integrating and transferring the lessons and “aha” moments from your teambuilding or retreat event with Adventure Links into the workplace drives the return on investment and overall success within your organization. We have several options for post program follow-up assessments:

Post-program synopsis of activities and the critical lessons presented during the process and voiced in post-activity debriefs
Post-program meeting with event planner to review the goals and how those objectives were met during the program. This also includes a post-program synopsis.
Integration of Personal Action Plans into program design. Post-program synopsis and meeting with participants to review success on addressing the key components of individual or company Action Plans.
Quarterly program delivery to build upon lessons, drive strategic alignment with goals and stay true to the path to achieve these. Guide discussions in maintaining standard for cohesion and updating applicable and appropriate Action Plans.
