Low and High Ropes Courses offered in combination or independently are effective tools to explore teamwork, communication, leadership, collaboration, trust, and coaching strategy. A palette of activities exists to be blended, crafted, and adjusted to simulate relationships, priorities, and challenges faced within companies. Our clients are consistently astounded at the parallels and connections that can be drawn during their ropes course experience.
Whether for a new manager orientation, seasonal celebration, corporate function, an annual company retreat or company picnic, kickoff or launch of a new campaign, or overall company off site, participants walk away with a deeper and more profound understanding of the human momentum behind their organization. Inherent in the experience is also a personal sense of achievement and self-discovery.
Low Ropes
Collaboration, communication, leadership training, trust, problem-solving, conflict resolution and teamwork name some of the major benefits of participation in an Adventure Links Low Ropes Course. Also prevalent on low ropes courses is the group’s ability to access skills and experience realizations that are often undetected within the office setting. Sequencing of specific challenge activities and initiatives guide your team through a series of scenarios that necessitate a group’s proper allocation and management of human and other resources, respond to ever changing environments and model client and business relationships intrinsic to the work they perform with the company. Participants engage in critical dialogue that advances teams and individuals to take actionable steps to engage and maximize existing competencies within the team.

High Ropes
Groups have experienced life-changing moments on our High Ropes Course. We are committed to utilize and capitalize on the growth opportunity implicit in our High Ropes Course rather than solely focus on its recreational component. The course promotes self-discovery, risk-taking, trust, and physically simulates the role that “fear” may play in our personal and professional lives. Supported and encouraged by a partner, individuals push outside their current comfort zones and make profound realizations and connections in this atmosphere. When combined with the low ropes course as a part of a strategically sequenced day, the breakthroughs and results are maximized.
Combination Low and High Ropes
Teamwork, collaboration, high-impact learning and targeted simulations address the group’s objectives in achieving stronger community, awareness and effective communication strategies. Groups can experience part of a day or a series of days on our Low Ropes Course close to the ground eliciting responses and dialogues that are critical to the missions of the organization. Opportunities abound to integrate leadership and trust building modules which serve to drive messages home and package those messages into transferable and applicable skills and actions. Integrating our High Ropes Course into the day mimics challenges, breakthroughs, achievements and dilemmas faced by an organization while maintaining productive and rewarding client relationships.

New Employee Orientation and Newly Formed Teams
Being new to any environment holds an intrinsic level of apprehension, anxiety, tribulation and anticipation. Often, technical and operational data imperative to a position is available for assimilation early in the process of joining the team. However, developing relationships, connections and deep understandings of how the human dynamic functions within an organization requires a great deal more exploration and inquiry. New Employee and newly formed team programs at Adventure Links help accelerate the human dynamic and role clarifications new teams may struggle with at the early stages of formation. During teambuilding programs, participants uncover and subsequently synchronize their strengths, growth opportunities, and roles within the department or organization helping to avoid unnecessary loss in productivity or allegiance.
