Day One Afternoon

- Discuss current effectiveness of problem solving within organization
- Directed team challenges that elicit dialogue and review of leadership and communication amongst team members
- Self evaluation of roles taken during Day One
- Draft of action items from the day
- Overall Review of Day One
Day Two Morning
- Interactive problem solving challenges
- Targeted discussions on decision-making and leadership
- Design rough draft of most effective problem solving model for varying project or departmental groups
- Rough draft of team action plan
- Integration of key individual action plans
- Rough draft of intention items and method to achieve
- Small group brainstorms on how to most effectively transfer breakthroughs and realizations during retreat into workplace
- Overall Review of two days
- Presentation of Company Action Plan and Process to Achieve Transfer
