Being new to any environment holds an intrinsic level of apprehension, anxiety, tribulation and anticipation.  Often, technical and operational data imperative to a position is available for assimilation early in the process of joining the team.  However, developing relationships, connections and deep understandings of how the human dynamic functions within an organization requires a great deal more exploration and inquiry.  New Employee and newly formed team programs at Adventure Links help accelerate the human dynamic and role clarifications new teams may struggle with at the early stages of formation. During teambuilding programs, participants uncover and subsequently synchronize their strengths, growth opportunities, and roles within the department or organization helping to avoid unnecessary loss in productivity or allegiance.
