- Understand communication, diversity and collaboration and their effects upon leadership effectiveness
Afternoon
- Personal Inventory from morning’s events
- Manager, Leader, or Passenger? Why? Effectiveness?
- Series of 2-3 team decision-making or problem-solving challenges
- Forum of giving and receiving feedback using Gestalt theory
- Map Personal Action Plan in alignment with Personal Inventory
- Final Team discussion on the roles, perspectives and competencies of leadership within the organization
- Review of Leadership Training Day
- Leadership Action Plans
