Sample Itinerary - Single Day

• Group arrival and introduction to the Day         

• Large group activities to communicate experiential tone of the program and allow participants to make the transition into the new environment

• Divide into smaller teams for 2-3 strategically sequenced teambuilding initiatives

• Small group activities and challenges
• Each activity followed by dialogue and debrief

• Break for Lunch

• Icebreaker activities to transition back into experiential tone for afternoon

• Team problem solving challenge that elicist:

• Critical dialogues
• Action items to transfer to workplace
• Higher awareness and clarification of roles, communication patterns, and strategies to access higher performance

• Summary and review of low ropes

• Team Introduction to High Ropes

• Establish partner
• Review safety and guidelines
• Set metaphor for personal and team challenge
• High Ropes participation

• Review of Low and High Ropes
• Personal Action Plans
