Sample Itinerary - Single Day
- Group arrival and introduction to the Day
- Large group activities to communicate experiential tone of the program and allow participants to make the transition into the new environment
- Divide into smaller teams for 2-3 strategically sequenced teambuilding initiatives
- Small group activities and challenges
- Each activity followed by dialogue and debrief
- Icebreaker activities to transition back into experiential tone for afternoon
- Team problem solving challenge that elicist:
- Critical dialogues
- Action items to transfer to workplace
- Higher awareness and clarification of roles, communication patterns, and strategies to access higher performance
- Summary and review of low ropes
- Team Introduction to High Ropes
- Establish partner
- Review safety and guidelines
- Set metaphor for personal and team challenge
- High Ropes participation
- Review of Low and High Ropes
- Personal Action Plans
