GROUP SIZE: 8 - 250+ (groups larger than 15 participants will be split into groups of 10-15 participants)
LENGTH: 4-6 Hours
COURSE: Real life challenges transfer to our low ropes team development course activities, building trust, improving group dynamics and communication, and stimulating personal growth. Navigating our course, groups will be presented with challenges ranging from simple to complex. Experienced field staff facilitate group debriefs after each challenge, highlighting relevant life lessons. Each group will also experience an individual high ropes adventure on our 300' long zip-line.
GROUP SIZE: 16-50
LENGTH: Full Day: up to five hours
COURSE: The Adventure Team Challenge is uniquely designed to deliver a total team experience that involves both high and low elements and relies on group interdependence. Team members can be a part of the climbing crew, ground crew and planning crew. All team members are an integral part of the event. The ATC cannot be completed without all participants working together. Groups are debriefed throughout the day, with a large group debrief and discussion following the course.
Your group can plan a full day retreat, and use The Lodge for a morning/afternoon meeting space that coordinates with your team building program. Adventure Links can provide meals and a campfire for your group.
Ready to head off site? Your group can walk to Paradise Springs Winery just across the street from Hemlock Overlook to enjoy a special vineyard and tasting package which we can build into your experience.

Regional rivers are the ideal setting for exploration and hard-skill instruction. Navigate your own canoe or kayak down Bull Run, observing local wildlife in their habitats, or develop your technical paddling skills in a kayak.
At regional climbing sites Great Falls and Elizabeth Furnace, explore the crag with a day of rock climbing. Climbs ranging from 30’ to 60’ allow participants to gain experience on slab, crack and flake climbs. Guidance and instruction from our field staff helps build a technical foundation. Courses range from beginner to intermediate, with additional instruction in belaying, and knots.
