Summer Overnight Registration Confirmation, Paperwork, Packing and Logistics Information


Thank you for selecting Adventure Links for your child\'s summer camp experience. Please keep this email for your records as it contains important information about your child\'s camp. See below to make sure that you have completed your required paperwork.

Your child should wear weather appropriate clothing and tennis shoes (NO SANDALS). All items should be packed in a duffle bag or backpack and your child should bring a smaller day pack to carry the days essentials. It is NOT necessary for you to purchase a special backpack or duffle for this program.
**PARTICIPANTS WILL NOT BE ALLOWED IN THE CAVE WITHOUT PROPER ATTIRE**

Instruction for all activities will begin on an introductory level and progress according to the group\'s ability and pace. The order of the activities may be different for your child\'s specific camp than is listed online. You may also access the itineraries through the homepage and navigating the menu as follows: Summer Camp -> Overnight (week) -> Overnight Itineraries

Pick-up Drop Off Information

Drop-Off

$dropoff_time of the first day of camp, please DO NOT arrive more than 1 hour before the specified drop off time.
• Parents will need to sign in participants with the Adventure Links staff, you will need to bring a photo ID.
• Please DO NOT bring dogs or other animals to the sign in.
• Please provide lunch prior to the drop off.

Pick-Up

$pickup_time on the last day of camp. For all overnights, this will also be the start of the BBQ.
• Please DO NOT arrive more than 30 minutes before the BBQ start time.
• Parents will need to sign out participants with the Adventure Links staff, you will need to bring a photo ID.
• Please DO NOT bring dogs or other animals to the sign out.
